Why we exist
Small business owners wear a dozen hats. "HR Manager" is usually the one that causes the most sleepless nights. We saw too many brilliant independent businesses struggling with complex employment law, terrible HR software, and out-of-touch consultants who didn't understand the realities of running a small company.
Based in the North East of England, we support businesses nationally—from early-stage startups to established scale-ups. We act as an extension of your team, providing practical advice that protects your business and helps your people thrive.
